Steffanie Woods, RN BSN

About our Office Manager – Steffanie Woods, RN BSN

As a dedicated Registered Nurse since 2013, Steffanie graduated valedictorian of her nursing school class, and earned special recognition for her exceptional critical thinking skills. With a mindset that “failure is never an option”, she has thrived in the hospital setting, serving as a charge nurse across various specialties including telemetry, neuro-overflow, and pulmonology.
Steffanie’s passion for patient care is driven by a belief that education and prevention are the foundations of better health. This philosophy has carried seamlessly into her work now with JAG Medical and MD Muscle Recovery and Aesthetics—both of which she has been proud to be part of since their inception. At MD Muscle, she works closely with the highly respected Dr. John A. Gross, continuing her mission to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, Steffanie finds joy in travel, embracing the richness of different cultures, cuisines, and communities—guided by Mark Twain’s wisdom that “travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness.” She recharges through the gym, finds peace at the beach, and treasures time with her greatest gifts – her three grown sons: Michael, Matthew, and Mark, who forever hold the key to her heart.
